This comprehensive document is thoroughly researched and includes input from an advisory committee of professional associations. The overall objective of the paper is to review the legislation governing specific regulated professions and its impact on regulator policies and practices, and to determine legislation's, policies' and practices' influence on access to licensure for internationally trained professionals.
