Five British Columbia employers from Retail, Tourism, Food and Beverage, Service and Non-profit sectors, were recognized yesterday for their leadership and commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion, at the 2012 BC Workplace Inclusion Conference.
Presented by Open Door Group and the BC Employer Diversity Forum, this second annual event brought together over 100 leading BC employers, service providers and thought leaders to learn, discuss and connect around engaging and retaining a diverse workforce.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada has launched a website promoting innovations in the assessment and recognition of foreign worker qualifications.
The International Qualification Network (IQN) website serves as a virtual space for employers, regulatory bodies, governments and organizations serving immigrants to capitalize on promising qualification assessment and recognition practices.
